All booked in

Posted by George on February 28th, 2006

Mummy booked me into the nursery today, seems you have to get in quick otherwise there’ll be no space available. I’m going to be going there in September, it’s not school, but it seems to start at the same time of the year (for me at least). I got my own way and will be [...]

Who’d have thought it

I’ve just realised, I’m 47 days old. Time has flown by.

A weekend in Oxfordshire

Posted by George on February 27th, 2006

Mummy, Daddy and I went up to see Mummy’s folks in Oxfordshire this weekend. Granny is looking and feeling much better now, she is still in hospital so I didn’t get proper cuddles with her, but I did get to see her. We all stayed at their house on Saturday night and I think Mum [...]

Daddy’s new toy

Posted by George on February 24th, 2006

Daddy has a new monitor for his work computer. That means that he can see this site properly now from work. Beforehand his monitor picture was so dark it was difficult to make anything out. I don’t know how he managed to do any work. Perhaps he didn’t? Daisy did allow for Daddy’s monitor and [...]

Posted by George on February 24th, 2006

Looking at DC’s site it looks like they may have sorted themselves out somewhere to live. I’ve got all my fingers and toes crossed for you, however many that is! Love George x ps. Daddy says I have to go to bed now

Nurseries

Posted by George on February 22nd, 2006

Mummy and Daddy have been looking at various nurseries. Apparently this is where I will have to go when they both go to work. I know Dad goes to work, but I didn’t realise Mum will have to too. I won’t be going there for some time yet, but I’m not sure I like the [...]

Posted by George on February 21st, 2006

Here is a picture of me that you should all be able to see. Daddy got moaned at by Sally at work that the pictures took too long to download on her connection. So here is one for you Sally. Hope you like it.

James Dunkeld video

Posted by George on February 21st, 2006

Stuart has put a video of James and Daisy together (7.1Mb), Daisy is singing James a song, I wonder if she’ll sing me one too? Ooh, and look out for James’ site when it gets up and running proper…

Off to the Grandparents

Posted by George on February 21st, 2006

Am off on a bit of an outing today. Mummy’s Mum isn’t very well, so Mum and I are off to Goring-on-Thames to go and see her and Grandad. I hope I get cuddles…

Themes

Posted by George on February 19th, 2006

Daddy has been messing about with the look of the site tonight. You can now choose which theme you want from the selection at the right hand side. They have both been taken from here and changed a bit, let me know if you like any others and I will get Dad to include them [...]

Sunday roast

Posted by George on February 19th, 2006

Mum and Dad invited Tom, Deb and Jed round today for a big old fashioned Sunday roast, I tried to stay awake throughout (just to keep them on their toes), but somehow I fell asleep and they had to enjoy it without me. When I woke up there was only Dad left to see. Mum [...]

Lucas

Mummy went to say goodbye to Lucas today.

My Family Tree

Posted by George on February 16th, 2006

Up my, my family tree There hangs my curious pedigree, My long, my lurid ancestry – The prancing phantoms and ghosts Of my rude forefathers. Nevertheless, despite their sins, Bless my kiths and bless my kins. There they perch for all to see Up my, up my family tree. Lyrics by Jake Thackray Still got [...]

I’m chillin…

Posted by George on February 16th, 2006

I seem to have been duped. I thought that I would be able to to avoid conforming to this outrageous routine but somehow I seem to be going along with it. I’m not sure whether I enjoy it or not…

My Granma and my Great Aunt

Posted by George on February 16th, 2006

I’ve met my Granma before, but not her sister my Great Aunt Jen. Mummy hadn’t even met her before! They liked each other and I liked her too. Daddy has always been fond of his Aunt and I think that’s right and proper. Hopefully we will all see her together, with Granma too. Great Aunt [...]

However…

Posted by George on February 14th, 2006

Sometimes Daddy’s programming overrides things that he should remember that are important. Take today for example, I heard Mum wish Dad a Happy Valentine’s Day, I then saw Dad look a bit awkward. Mummy then gave Daddy a card and a present and Dad looked VERY awkward. I think Dad was supposed to do something [...]

Programming

Posted by George on February 14th, 2006

Daddy says that being a parent means that everything changes. Stuart told him this when Daisy was born. It’s not really to do with the things he has to do, but rather how he actually feels about things. It’s as though a whole new piece of code executes in his brain now that i’m here. [...]

Routine

Posted by George on February 13th, 2006

Apparently Mum and Dad need to get me into a routine. Seems to me that they only want to do this to control me. I am fighting the outrageous plans and refusing to play ball. Let’s just see who wins shall we…

I’ve been playing up

Posted by George on February 12th, 2006

I just can’t seem to get settled today, so to let Mum and Dad know I’ve been shouting and screaming all day long. I stopped for a brief spell when they took me to Hassocks to the garden centre, but then after that I got back to my shouty tricks. Mum has taken to swaddling [...]

Auntie Sarah’s birthday

Posted by George on February 11th, 2006

Seems there are many more birthdays around this time of year than I thought. It’s Auntie Sarah’s birthday today, although she is in New Zealand so she’s already celebrated it, I don’t understand! Anyway, Mum is missing her, and says that one day we’ll all go to see her and her husband Max and my [...]

Some photos so far…

Posted by George on February 11th, 2006

I though I’d best pop some more photos of me on here for you to see. These were taken while I was in hospital. I’m sure you all must love looking at me, Mum and Dad do, sometimes I catch them just staring at me with a happy smile on their faces. I know I [...]

Birthdays galore

Posted by George on February 10th, 2006

Today we were all set to celebrate one birthday when two came along at once. Jed was 6 today and we went to WagaMama for dinner to celebrate, I slept through it all but Mum and Dad were still showing me off to the likes of Tom, Deb, Jed, Mandy, Terry, Gary, Kim, Iris, Eve, [...]

The health visitor

Posted by George on February 8th, 2006

Mum took me to see the health visitor today. I weigh 10lb 5oz now. I think that’s pretty good. I started watching the telly today, not sure Mum and Dad really approve but I like the contrasting colours and the movement, it keeps me very entertained, here I am doing it look.

Daddy got drunk

Posted by George on February 4th, 2006

I didn’t see much of Daddy yesterday, he went to work but rather than coming home to give me my dinner, he went out. Mummy said he’d gone to have a drink after work with some friends, when he got home his eyes looked funny and he went to bed. Mum had to do all [...]
