Bonus post

Posted by George on September 30th, 2007

Daddy had been playing with Pixelmator tonight. He did a bit of a soft focus and then a mask around my eyes to make them look a bit brighter. I wonder what you think?

Uncle Ian’s house

Posted by George on September 30th, 2007

Dad and I got up early and went to see Uncle Ian, Cleo, Meghan and Alex today. I had some toast and cheese there and played with a big toy cement mixer that Alex has. After that it was a good old family Sunday, and a nice tea with Monty and Ness.

Ursula’s birthday

Posted by George on September 29th, 2007

We all went to see Ursula today, she is down from Glasgow for a week or so, and it was her birthday today. We all met up in the Basketmakers and had lunch. I’d never met her before, but it was Ursula who gave me Fergus. Happy birthday Ursula. Also in the morning, Mum and [...]

Yay, Daddy!

Posted by George on September 28th, 2007

I saw Daddy this morning, I didn’t get to see him at all yesterday, he was out or asleep in bed and I wasn’t allowed to go and wake him up. Daddy got me dressed and then I waved him off from the window as he left the house to go to work.

Sleepy Daddy

Posted by George on September 27th, 2007

Daddy was awake most of the night. Ollie was a little fractious so there was much tooing and froing through out the night. Dad did pop into my room to see me once in the night as I had got out from under my duvet and was a bit cold and couldn’t quite work out [...]

Digger

Posted by George on September 25th, 2007

There is a digger at the bottom of our road, it is being used to repair some of the kerb stones on the grass verges. Anyway, the main reason I like it being there is that I can shout ‘Digger’ every time I see it!

What did I say?

Posted by George on September 24th, 2007

I don’t remember, but it certainly startled Ollie!

Out with Mummy

Posted by George on September 23rd, 2007

Mummy and I went out for a bit today. It’s not often it’s just the two of us, so we had lots of fun (even though it was only shopping). I say it was lots of fun, it was until I was playing on a bike at toys ‘R’ us and fell off and gave [...]

Tired Mummy

Posted by George on September 22nd, 2007

Mummy got up this morning to get Ollie and I up, and then she went back to bed with Ollie for a few hours. Daddy and I went over the park and Charlotte came and met us. Then we all went for a walk through the enchanted forest (see ‘B’ on the map). I was [...]

In the night garden

Posted by George on September 19th, 2007

I’ve started watching telly. In the evenings on CBeebies, there is a program called ‘In the night garden‘. I love it. I tend to drink my beaker of milk and chatter to the TV and to Mum, Dad and Oliver. I make up all sorts of stories in my head as to what’s going on [...]

Daddy has been distracted

Posted by George on September 18th, 2007

Daddy was a bit distracted toady when I saw him, he seems more interested in the UK launch of the iPhone rather than the rest of his family. Unbelievable!

Food glorious food

Posted by George on September 16th, 2007

We all went out for lunch today, we went to Frankie and Benny’s and to be quite honest, it was all a bit ‘only ok’. The real treat came for tea when Mum made us all toad in the hole and mash and veg. Yum yum.

A day with Daddy

Posted by George on September 15th, 2007

Daddy and I went into town on the bus today. We sat upstairs at the front and I pointed out every single bus, lorry, motorcycle or pedal bike I saw. When we got into town, we went to the pub and shared a pint of lime and soda. Albert gave me some crayons to draw [...]

That Friday feeling

Posted by George on September 14th, 2007

No nursery for me today, Mum and us boys went over to the barn where there was a big play day for Yummy Mummies and the kids. We had a great time, Mummy made some new friends and I bounced on the bouncy castle until I could bounce no more!

Mummy and Daddy went out

Posted by George on September 13th, 2007

Mummy and Daddy went out for the evening, I didn’t mind though, Tom came over to look after me. The only trouble was that he got here only five minutes or so before my bedtime so I didn’t really get a chance to play.

20 months

Posted by George on September 12th, 2007

I’m twenty months old today, I marked the ‘anniversary’ by behaving very well at bed time and going straight to sleep!

Mr Bump

Posted by George on September 11th, 2007

Ouch! Today I bumped my head on the door. Daddy picked me up for a cuddle but I wanted my Mr Bump gel pack! Daddy didn’t even know where it was, but I led him to the fridge, and we found it in there. I put it to my forehead and it made everything better! [...]

Back at nursery

Posted by George on September 10th, 2007

Was back there bright and early this morning. Wasn’t too keen on going today to be honest, but once I got there I was more than happy. Was great to be picked up by Mum and Dad today. Ollie came too and we all stopped off at the shop on the way home. Us three [...]

Home again

Posted by George on September 9th, 2007

Time to go home today but silly Daddy left the lights on on the car after having a shout at the hotelier. He tried to get a jump start from a nice lady staying at the same hotel, but it wasn’t working. I know because I was watching and waving from the hotel window. Anyway, [...]

Whitby during the day

Posted by George on September 8th, 2007

Well, I know Oliver liked it, but I wasn’t so keen on the boat journey, still, afterwards I got some very good fish and chips for lunch when we all had a big dinner for Caroline and Joseph’s wedding bash. That was very nice, after which, Mummy and I went shopping and Daddy made his [...]

Oh Dad!

Posted by George on September 7th, 2007

We had a lovely drive all the way to Whitby today, but when we got to the hotel Daddy decided to disagree with the hotelier. This made for a very awkward few moments whilst checking in. Fortunately, Grandad turned up just afterwards so everything was forgotten. Anyway, let’s not forget that the lift in the [...]

Time for bed

Posted by George on September 6th, 2007

I don’t like going to bed anymore, there are things far more fun than sleeping. As a result, I stay up and shout for Mu-mmy until I can’t shout anymore, then I fall asleep and I wake up in the moring all tucked in and snug. I think Mu-mmy does come in and see me [...]

Blast from the past

Pants

Posted by George on September 3rd, 2007

I wear pants in the bath sometimes. I like them, they mean that I don’t have to have a nappy on, but also I don’t have to be naked, which I really don’t like at the moment.
